So, as I mentioned previously, Ryan buys all my shoes for me. Not just pay for them, but he chooses them for me too. He has such a great eye and his selections have been on point every single time. I am wearing these peep toe booties by Steve Madden (link here) that he bought from DSW. We LOVE DSW – Great place, great shoes & great value.
Oh, he also picked out these leggings for me one day while he was out shopping at Macy’s for himself. He saw this on the mannequin and thought that it was cute and purchased them for me! (Link here).. and the necklace I’m wearing here is also his. LOL. Sorry that it is twisted in these photos. My mom (who is also my photographer) must’ve not noticed it. My arm candy as you can see is my usual stack of Alex & Ani bangles and some evil eye & hamsa hand bracelets my sister got for me as gifts from Turkiye.
I love that the weather is so beautiful these days! Fall is here you guys! It is my favorite season of the year because of the cool crisp nights & mornings and just about right days. We were at the zoo last weekend and it couldn’t have been such a perfect day to be out.
We are going on our first family trip to the North Georgia mountains with some friends this weekend. I am looking forward to it but now I’m getting a little anxious with packing. Do I bring Alden’s bath tub with us or not?
Anyways, back to this outfit.. This kimono is one of my favorite pieces to wear because it adds dimension to my otherwise plain clothing. Ryan also purchased this for me from H&M and I have another one in a solid grey color. You can find a similar one here with long sleeves, but I am totally loving this sleeveless one over here. I think that that’d look good with a black long sleeved turtleneck for the fall.
By the way, I started a new job last Monday and I absolutely love it!!! If you didn’t know, I am a brand manager in the consumer packaged goods industry, so this new gig of mine will give me more depth & knowledge in the CPG world which is much needed in the multifaceted industry. To those who congratulated me in person or via text/social media – thanks for the well wishes!
Also, I know I keep bringing this up but I still am looking to get my MBA done. However, I am so darn lazy to study for my GMAT exams. I just need to bite the bullet and do it. One day.. and I will make sure of it.
Hope y’all are having a pleasant week so far!
